Am I the only the only one that finds himself in this situation?

Recently, I've been trying to explore new and different ways of working with my characters, humor, and comics in general.

I've always liked the way that newspaper comic strips looked and felt, after all they were my original inspiration. So, I designed an alternate version of my character and this is the first time I'm using it.

I decided to preserve, and sometimes add, a little shakiness to the outlines to push the handmade look of it. That includes the title, some dialogues (except for the ones that come from the phone) and even the comic number. I'm interested to know your opinions about this "new style".
